ABOUT ME
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Philadelphia and serving clients in Florida, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.
I received a Bachelor’s degree in communication and psychology from Boston University, as well as a Master’s degree in Social Service from Bryn Mawr College. I completed my initial clinical training at Hahnemann University Hospital and Council for Relationships.
I then spent a few years working as a Drug & Alcohol Specialist at Mazzoni Center, a non-profit healthcare center in Philadelphia serving the LGBTQ+ community. After which, I dedicated myself to supporting clients in private practice. I have also taken on opportunities to develop programming, provide healthcare marketing, and produce psycho-education and presentations for various organizations such as Promises Austin, Talkspace, and more.
I also founded The Calm, Cool & Collected, a collective providing cannabis education as it applies to mental health. This effort now supports DOT employees seeking support related to SAP Evaluations related to cannabis violations.

APPROACH
There is a lot of power in the decision to come to therapy, but there is nothing more powerful than authentic human connection with the right therapist. It can be difficult to admit that we need support, especially in a culture that often emphasizes self-reliance and individualism. However, the truth is that we are all social creatures who need connection and support from others in order to change, grow, and thrive. Whether you are struggling with a particular issue or challenge, realizing you need help is a sign of strength. The connection between therapist and client has the ability to foster immense change and healing.
My approach to treatment is eclectic, utilizing interventions grounded in the belief that effective therapy focuses on a whole person rather than a diagnosis. I will strive to make you feel seen, heard, understood, and inspired to positively impact your mood, functioning, and interpersonal relationships and connect with yourself, others, and the world around you. I truly believe people start to heal the moment they feel heard. I have built my practice creating deep connections and collaborative relationships with my clients to provide the transformative support around several challenges and conflicts.
Together we can co-create space to explore the darkness & the light, and find your way through it. We will tailor an approach that best supports your intentions, needs, and goals. You will become more aware of your core beliefs and better understand your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. You’ll find our work challenging but also profoundly supportive to discover insight, self-acceptance, freedom, and authencity.
As your therapist, my goal is to build a trusting relationship as your advocate and counselor supporting your inner strength & self-awareness to empower you to embrace change with heart and without judgment. I have been supporting individuals, couples, and groups in therapy for over 18 years. Utilizing telehealth since 2013, I safely and conveniently meet you where you are. I would be honored to support you, too.
