Find relief from feeling stuck,

overwhelmed, or disconnected.

Accelerated healing for adults who want fast results—not just talk. In-person therapy in Philadelphia & online throughout PA, NY, NJ, & FL.

You know your past still affects you, but you can’t just ‘let it go.’ It shapes how you see yourself and connect with others, leaving you exhausted and unsure if you’ll ever feel free.

Does this sound familiar?

You’ve tried to move on — talked it through, told yourself to let go — but it still lingers. Memories resurface at the worst times, stirring up emotions you thought were behind you. Sometimes it’s subtle, like pulling back when someone gets close. Other times, it hits hard, leaving you wondering why you can’t shake it. No matter how much you try, it feels like you’re stuck, weighed down by something you can’t put down.

It’s not that you’re not trying. You’ve done the work, maybe even felt some relief, but the past keeps creeping back in. You catch yourself avoiding, reacting, stuck in patterns that don’t make sense. You’re close to breaking through, but something keeps holding you back. The harder you push, the more exhausted you feel. Whether you know where it’s coming from or not, it still hurts — and deep down, you’re wondering if it’ll ever stop. Something has to change.

Maybe you…

Feel like you’re drifting away from yourself and your loved ones, struggling to connect amidst the chaos of daily life.

  • Find yourself stuck in the same emotional patterns, reliving old wounds even as you try to create a better future.

  • Carry a quiet heaviness, feeling anxious or sad without understanding why, wondering if this is all life has to offer.

  • Lie awake at night, haunted by thoughts of past regrets or painful memories, questioning your worth and direction.

  • Battle with a relentless inner critic whispering, "I’m not good enough" or "Why can’t I just be happy like everyone else?"

These are trauma responses. It might sound surprising, but trauma isn’t just about big, life-changing events. It can come from subtle yet painful experiences—like constant criticism, emotional neglect, feeling unseen, or growing up in chaos. When your nervous system doesn’t feel safe, it adapts to protect you through patterns like shutting down, people-pleasing, or staying on high alert.

It’s time to shift how your story feels. Ready to break the pattern?

How You Can Work With Me

My therapy approach is centered on meeting you where you are and collaborating to find what works best for you. Using tools like Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Harm Reduction, we’ll work together to create meaningful and manageable growth. My goal is to foster a supportive, non-judgmental connection where you feel seen, heard, and empowered to embrace change.

Individual therapy offers a safe, supportive space to explore your thoughts and feelings, helping you better understand yourself and navigate life’s challenges. Through a collaborative process, you’ll gain insight, build confidence, and create meaningful change. It’s an opportunity to live with greater clarity and connection.

Individual Therapy

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is a powerful, evidence-based approach that helps you process difficult memories and emotions without the need for prolonged talk therapy and having to relive them in detail. Through guided eye movements, guided imagery, and bilateral stimulation, ART stops your brain from holding onto distress and negative emotions in just a few sessions.
